Canted hi-backs cradle the natural curves of your legs, and FullBED cushioning lays the groundwork for consistent board control. Softer than the Scribe, yet a touch more responsive than the Citizen, the Stiletto delivers a smooth ride that’s easy to please. Available in two models, mount the Stiletto EST® to a Burton Channel-equipped board for ultimate flex, feel, and adjustability, or go with Re:Flex™ and ride the Stiletto’s with any board in the shop.

All orders are received between 9am and 5pm (PST), Monday through Friday. Orders shipped via standard ground and $5 shipping will be processed and shipped within 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders with expedited shipping (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, Express Mail) will be processed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery via Standard UPS Ground takes 5 to 7 business days. USPS Priority Mail should take 2-3 business days, and Express Mail should take 1-2 days to ship. Please see the chart below in the "Shipping Rates" section for more information.
Please keep in mind that estimated delivery times are only estimates and may be adversely affected by weather conditions and factors beyond our control. Your package may also be delayed due to mistakes during the checkout process or other irregularities. To avoid delays, please be sure to carefully complete and confirm the accuracy of the information you enter during checkout and before submitting your order.
$5 shipping is offered via UPS Ground on all domestic orders over $99. Shipping takes 5 to 7 business days and will include a tracking number, so rest assured that you will get your stuff, and you can track it along the way, all for just $5!
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Snowboard Connection ships to all P.O. boxes via either USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail ONLY. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii
Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail. Packages cannot be delivered over bodies of water by UPS Ground.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days, and we will gladly replace it or issue you a full refund, no questions asked!
In the event that you need to make a return after the 30 Day period has expired, we may be willing to make an exception. We're reasonable people, and we want you to be happy.
Any returns authorized after the 30 Day period will be issued a store credit only. Please contact us at 866-761-2661 (Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm) or email us at email@example.com and we can work with you on your return.
We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging with all tags and labels included, in like-new condition. If you have an issue with the condition of an item upon arrival at your home, please contact us and we will set up a return and replacement for that item.
We will issue your credit to the original credit card used for the purchase. We will credit you the total of your original item(s) including tax, as applicable. If the return is a result of our error, we will refund the original shipping fee and also offer you a credit for any return shipping costs (non-expedited). Our exchange policy is basically the same as our return policy. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at 877-761-2661. We will verify that the item you would like to exchange your purchase for is in stock, and then we will set up the RA for you. Once we received the returned item, we will issue your credit. At any point in the process, you can re-order the correct item and we will ship it out ASAP.
SALE ITEM RETURN POLICY
We accept returns on sale items within 30 days. Original tags and receipt must be present. We do not accept returns on sale items after 30 days from the purchase date.
